Test ResultsDermal Irritation
Tested by: Hazelton Laboratories; Vienna, Virginia.
Test Used: Federal Substance Act, 16 CFR 1500.41.
Purpose: To evaluate the primary dermal irritation of Inspecta-Shield Plus™ on rabbits.
Results: The primary irritation score was calculated 0.00.

Acute Oral Toxicity Study in Rats.
Tested by: Hazelton Laboratories; Vienna, Virginia.
Test Used: Code of Federal Regulations, Volume 16, Part 1500.30.
Purpose: To determine toxicity when fed to rats.
Results: All animals survived, gained weight, and appeared normal from Initiation to termination. No observable gross pathology findings were noted on any of the animals.

Corduroy Fabric. Federal Aviation Administration, Vertical Flame Test
Tested by: Commercial Testing Company; Dalton Ga.
Test Used: Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 25.
Air worthiness Standards: Transport Category Airplanes Paragraph 25.853, Compartment interiors, Sub Paragraph (b), Appendix F (d) Vertical Test.
Purpose: To determine flamespread.
Results: The specimens passed Flame Application Time, Afterflame, Burn Length, and Flaming Drippings.

Nylon Fabric
Tested by: Commercial Testing Company; Dalton Ga.
Test Used: ASTM E84, UBC#42-1, UL#723.
Purpose: The purpose of the tunnel. test method is to detemine the relative burning behavior of the material by observing the flamespread along the surface of the specimen.
Results: Flamespread- 10, Smoke Density developed - 0, Fuel contributed as per ASTM E84-75 is 0.
Results: The three specimens are in compliance with FAR 25.63 (b). There was no dripping.

Cellulose Base: Cotton, Rayon, Silk
Synthetics: Acetate, Polyester, Nylon, Acrylic, Olefin.
Wearing Apparel: Cotton Flannel
Tested by: International Fabricare Institute.
Test Used: National Fire Protection Association (N.F.P.A.); California State Fire Marshall (C.S.E.M.).
Purpose: Flammability of specimens, lightfastness test, tensile strength.
Results: Specimens passed N.F.P.A. and C.S.F.M. in combined areas testing.

3/4" Soft Pine Lumber
Tested by: Hardwood Plywood Manufacturers Assoc.; Reston, VA.
Test Used: ASTM E84 Twenty-Five Foot Tunnel Furnace Test Method.
Purpose: To determine the relative. performance of the test material under standardized fire exposure.
Results: Flamespread calculated according to ASTM E84-87 flamespread under 25.

Southern & Douglas Fir
Tested by: College of Environmental Science and Forestry, New York State - University of Syracuse.
Test Used: ASTMD- 143.
Purpose: To determine accelerated aging and Static Bend after a 20 year period under extreme roofing situations.
Results: After 57 actual days of 16 hours at 170oF - 80% relative humidity, and 8 hours at 75F - 50% relative humidity, accelerated aging actually reflects 20 year period, there was a 9% strength loss to be found.

Plywood Building Material
Tested by: SGS U.S.Testing Company Inc.
Test Used: ASTM-E-84-95.
Purpose: To determine the relative burning behavior of the material, by observing the flame Spread along the surface of the specimen.
Results: Complies with ASTM E - 84-95 Flame Spread at 15 Class "A".
